Learning the CrMS begins with an Introductory Session that explains the scientific foundations, methodology, applications to various reproductive categories, and how to NaProTRACK your cycles with the CrMS. This continues with a series of essential, individualized follow-up teaching appointments (personal instruction on use of the system and complete chart review). At each private follow-up, the FertilityCare Practitioner tailors the system to your specific needs.

Creighton Model INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

Sessions may be held in-person or via Zoom

Mondays & Tuesdays at 10am / 1pm / 7pm + Saturdays 2pm

*FEES DUE at Intro Session = $110 (payable via cash/check/Zelle/VenMo)

FOLLOW-UP SCHEDULE

In order to learn the Creighton Model effectively, each client/couple must sign up for follow-up appointments with a CrMS Practitioner. Follow-up schedule is subject to adjustment according to the individual needs of the client.

• 1st – 2 weeks after Intro
• 2nd – 4 weeks after Intro
• 3rd – 6 weeks after Intro
• 4th – 8 weeks after Intro
• 5th – 3 months after Intro
• 6th – 6 months after Intro
• 7th – 9 months after Intro
• 8th – 12 months after Intro

COST PER FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT = $85/pay-per-appointment OR $75 with package options (starting January 2024)

All clients enter the program with a static follow-up fee which will not be raised with subsequent fee increases. Sliding scale and payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis.
